We love to get our packages as soon as we order them too. So, we work hard to get your order out

We will gladly offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of the order being delivered on any unworn pieces. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your items must be in the same condition that you received them unused,
unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Items must be in the original package upon delivery. If the item is received in poor condition, exchange or refund will not be honored. Gold Plated jewelry is fragile. Unfortunately, the plating does not last forever. The rate at which the color changes depends on the grooming products the individual uses and the PH level of their skin.
