We love to get our packages as soon as we order them too. So, we work hard to get your order out
within three business days or less. All timeframes are estimated
and can vary.
We will gladly offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of the order being delivered on any unworn pieces. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your items must be in the same condition that you received them unused,
unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and cost. The customer must return items to Mar'e Sheree in excellent condition. PO BOX, 1613, Elkton, MD 21922.
Items must be in the original package upon delivery. If the item is received in poor condition, exchange or refund will not be honored. Additional concerns should be resolved with customer service by calling or texting (302) 200-6050, or you may email us at: info@maresheree.com; please 2 hours for a reply. Customers will be notified when returns have been inspected. Returns will be refunded immediately following our inspection process.
ALLOW AT LEAST 3 DAYS FOR YOUR BANK TO PROCESS AND POST YOUR REFUND.
It is suggested that you remove jewelry before showering, swimming, and exercising.
Tip:
Remove before using any harsh cleaning products. We ship all our jewelry in a reusable protective pouch to be used when not wearing your jewelry. However, placing your jewelry in an air-tight container will preserve jewelry over time. Exposure to chemicals and specific environments may compromise the integrity of the pieces. Gold Plated jewelry is fragile. Unfortunately, the plating does not last forever. The rate at which the color changes depends on the grooming products the individual uses and the PH level of their skin.
